Today has been a good day! We went to the therapy room twice for physical therapy. The first trip resulted in Graycen rolling and crawling a little, then sitting up on a bench and making a sticker page and coloring. She is slowly gaining strength. The physical therapist said that it will take about 6 weeks for Graycen to get back to where she was before surgery. Just seeing the progress she has made in the last 2 days is encouraging!
We are looking forward to Daddy and Uncle Kevin (my brother) coming to bring us home tomorrow! We should be dismissed by noon. We are hoping and praying that Graycen sleeps the whole trip home. We have the tylenol w/codeine and valium ready!
